A bit about us
First of all, thank you for staying onboard to view our next page- About Us. Here I'll try my best to present the information as brief but useful as I can, simply for your ease of reading to know more about us. My name is Teddy and I've started the business since Nov 2008. At the beginning it was just me doing the work and now I've got a few full-time and part-time staff to give me a hand. Most of the time though I still prefer doing the tasks myself as I want to make sure that the quality of work is up to my own set high standard. Overall we are still a growing company so we do hope to get more support from more people, including you! :-) Before I used to work for other medium to large size companies and I fairly enjoyed working for them, as most of my colleagues are really nice people and I had also learnt plenty of working experience. Now I've decided to try to run my own as I also strongly believe that I've got some very useful skills that I shouldn't waste in my life to use, apply, and offer to the public to enjoy using. On the other hand, I'm just too desperate to have the chance to please my own customers and enjoy doing the work for them.
So... what does the company name tell you then actually?
First of all, we need to clarify that Teddy Public Relations Dealer (UK) Co., Ltd is only our trading name for presentation to our customers, and also the perfect name of what we are aiming for in the near future as we expand our business. But at the moment, in the lawful way we actually only belong to the Personal Business category, which we can actually only use the name "Teddy Public Relations Dealer".
So what is our company anyway?
The company name explains to you something indeed- a customer-service based people to people business. Our aim is to offer quality services as we want to achieve an excellent reputation in the public for enjoying serving customers in high quality standards, while we make friends with them too! In another words, you could consider it as good after-sales service if you like. Anyhow, we put friendships with our customers as our first priority as we believe in treating people nicely, just hoping that they'll be happy when they see us again.
